Refund/Cancellation Policy

Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim with the Rector & Secretary, HARISHCHANDRAPUR COLLEGE.
